NIB Projekt is an architectural studio based in Tivat, founded in 2010. We provide comprehensive architectural design services for projects in Tivat, Kotor, the Bay of Kotor, and throughout Montenegro.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our design approach is rooted in an understanding of the local context. We create contemporary architecture that responds to Montenegro’s Mediterranean climate, landscape, and architectural heritage, with the thoughtful use of local and natural materials.

PROJECT DESIGN
We prepare complete project documentation for a wide range of building types, including concept designs, detailed and construction designs, interior design, and landscape architecture. Particular attention is given to spatial functionality, quality of execution, and ensuring that each project responds to the client’s needs.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our services include complete project management — from site analysis and land acquisition, through design development and coordination of all project participants, to construction supervision and obtaining the final occupancy permit.
CONSULTING
We also provide professional support and consultancy in construction legislation, planning and technical requirements, permit procedures, building legalization, investment assessment, and other administrative and technical matters related to design and construction.
